A Dose of Bliss was founded by Desiree' White. It is the powerhouse to rejuvenate the body. We can achieve what's best for you with the combination of communication, massage, and bodywork. Located in Carrboro, NC. Desiree' specializes in deep tissue, stretching, prenatal, and therapeutic massage. I am NOT a light-pressured relaxation massage therapist. My style is to work on the area that is bothering you which will in time relax you.

Each massage session will start off with a thorough intake to set a proper treatment plan. Following up with a customized massage that best fits your needs. Then you are given an post recommendation card for home self-care.
