My path to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist at 56 was illuminated by a profound personal experience. During my mother's hospice care, as she became largely unresponsive, I found that simply holding her hand and gently rubbing her arm would elicit a response, a subtle flicker of recognition or comfort. In those quiet moments, the immense power of human touch became incredibly clear to me. It solidified my conviction that I could offer something truly meaningful: to provide comfort, ease, and a connection that touches the human spirit or soul with my hands.

With two daughters and a son who are also dedicated massage therapists, I've long admired the healing power of this profession. Graduating with Honors from massage school, I now carry this deep understanding and respect for touch into every session.

I believe that true healing begins with a trusted touch and a compassionate presence. My sessions are thoughtfully crafted to address your specific needs, whether you're seeking to unwind from daily stress, alleviate persistent muscle tension, or simply enjoy a moment of peaceful rejuvenation. I am dedicated to providing effective yet body-friendly massage, ensuring each session leaves you feeling restored and renewed. I am also committed to continuous learning and will soon be completing specialized training in lymphedema treatment, further expanding the ways I can support your health journey.
