She lets you relax during the massage rather than carrying on a conversation; she will talk if you talk first and keeps it short. Her voice is very soft & soothing. She has a calm dimeanor. I tip service providers because I respect their work and understand that gratuities are an important part of their income. Leaving a tip is not the same as saying every aspect of the experience met my expectations. What disappointed me most was not the massage itself, but the response to my feedback. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or offering a constructive solution, your reply seemed to suggest that because I tipped, my experience must have been positive. That assumption dismisses the feedback I took the time to provide. I shared my review in good faith, hoping it would be received as an opportunity for dialogue and improvement. A response focused on understanding the customer’s experience would have been far more productive than questioning its validity.
