diggzHolistic is a single-person bodywork studio that provides a safe space to address physical and mental distress, managed by Radiya Trusty, LMT & HHP. A wellness industry professional for almost a decade, Radiya is dedicated to the idea that consistent bodywork is an integral part of living a well life. Using a combination of myofascial, relaxation, and energy techniques, bodywork sessions are designed to restore the balance of mind, body, and spirit through mindful touch. Just as you don’t feel the same pain every day, diggzHolistic has a variety of options to address your specific needs at every point of your wellness journey.

diggzHolistic practices a methodology that focuses more on the clients' needs than on the clock. Services are offered in tiered time ranges in order to provide you with a complete bodywork session.

A Note on COVID-19 Protocols: Wellness is not only an individual journey, but a community practice. It is more important now than ever before to have a Massage Therapist that you can trust to prioritize your health and safety. To ensure a clean and safe environment for you to relax, sanitation and disinfectant protocols are used before and after each client.

Masks are preferred but not required. Your therapist will be masked at all times.
