Katina is amazing! Her myofascial release massages are the best! She knows exactly what spots need work and I always feel so relaxed and tense free afterwards. Her spinal flow sessions are also very relaxing. Spinal flow calmed my nervous system, helped relieve tension in my neck, and also helped with digestion issues. I definitely recommend getting massages and spinal flow with Katina!

provided relief with muscle knots. came in with heavy feeling at my right neck to the shoulder and aching pain at right shoulder blade. after the massage, all the aching and heaviness were gone without any muscle sore days after.
