Hi, I'm Clayton. I graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2014 and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in the Seattle area for over 10 years. Along the way, I've pursued additional training in a wide variety of techniques and modalities, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release technique, deep tissue, cupping, and more. 

Staying active and pain-free matters deeply to me. I lift weights and play pickleball regularly, and bodywork is a big part of how I keep doing both without breaking down. My goal is to offer you that same sense of ease and vitality, whatever it is you're trying to stay active for.

Everyone moves differently and hurts differently, which means every massage should be different too. We'll start each session with a few minutes before you get on the table, talking through how your body is feeling and what you want to get out of the work. From there, we adjust as we go.
