Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Heidi, and it's my honor to support your healing journey. My work is rooted in intuition and presence. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—each session is uniquely crafted to meet your needs in the moment, blending techniques from my diverse training and experience.

I’m a licensed massage therapist, trained in deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massage. I am certified in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and have also completed advanced training in the management of post-plastic surgery procedures through The Academy of Lymphatic studies. 

In addition to bodywork, I’m excited to be expanding my healing abilities into the energetic field through Reiki (Level II attuned through the Reiki Center - August 2025), allowing me to support your well-being on both physical and energetic levels. 

Instead of choosing from a list of services, My sessions are intuitive and intentional, integrating the best tools for your body that day. 

NEW CLIENTS: As I prepare to transition into a new space November 1st, I'm taking a pause on accepting new clients. I do have a waitlist if you'd like to be notified when I open my books back up for new clients, or even last minute cancellations.
