About Christina Sampson LMT

All of my bodywork is rooted in Deep Tissue, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Myofascial Release, energy work, and structural integration. I began my studies in Vermont in 2006 and continued my training at the Hawaiian Islands School of Massage in 2008, where these modalities became the foundation of my approach.

In recent years, I’ve expanded my practice with certifications in Prenatal Massage (2nd & 3rd trimester), Myofascial Cupping, and Lymphatic Drainage. I’m also actively studying Gua Sha as well as vibrational and frequency healing to continue deepening the therapeutic and restorative benefits I offer my clients.

My goal is to create a space where your body can unwind, reset, and receive the focused, intuitive care it needs.
