Parking Policy (Updated Sept. 1, 2025)

• Do not park in “Reserved” spaces. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces will be towed or immobilized/booted, without notice at the owner’s expense.
• Free parking is available in unmarked spaces in either of the building’s two lots:
  • West side lot (next to the building)
  • North side lot (across the street in front of the main entrance)
• Metered street parking is also available nearby.

• Please note: the immobilization/booting company actively monitors both lots. If they see you leave the property for any reason other than visiting 5901, your vehicle may be immobilized/booted.

Appointment Health & Office Policies

Your health and comfort are my top priorities. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, please review the following guidelines before your session:

Health Guidelines

• Please reschedule if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, stomach virus, or flu-like symptoms.
• Do not attend if you have any contagious or infectious condition (cold, flu, strep, conjunctivitis, stomach virus, etc.).
• You must be fully symptom-free before returning for treatment.
• If you’re unsure whether you should come in, please call or text me.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.
• No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but full payment is still required.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are offered for appointments, prepaid sessions, gift certificates, or massage series.
• Prepaid sessions, series, and gift certificates never expire and may be transferred once to another individual.

Office Protocols

• The treatment room and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between each appointment.
• Medical-grade air purification is maintained in-office.
• Hand sanitizer and tissues are available for client use.
• Adolescents (17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must remain in the treatment room.
• A current medical intake form must be completed prior to your session.

Risk Acknowledgment

Massage and bodywork involve close physical contact, which carries a small but unavoidable risk of exposure to illness. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge this risk and consent to treatment.

• If you suspect injury or illness requiring medical care, please consult a physician first.
• Conditions requiring medical diagnosis or physical therapy will be referred out.
