Hello! I’m Catherine Copeland-Carr, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2016. I graduated from Towson University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I offer customized mobile massages combining prenatal, medical, sports, and therapeutic techniques to support pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!

I've had two incredible massages from Catherine, one in her home studio and one at my house. Her flexibility and ability to work with you and your schedule / meet you where you are is incredible. She's kind, efficient, and super easy to talk to. Her massages are literally out of this world. She adapted easily to my needs, one more "sports" targeted massage and one for recovery before a race based on my feedback. She's really amazing and my body always feels 10x better afterward!
