About Sole Meridian Massage and Bodywork

Welcome to Sole Meridian Massage and Bodywork, located in the heart of Wilmington, this is a sanctuary for those seeking to recover from physical strain, or simply find a moment of profound relaxation.

My approach is rooted in the belief that true wellness requires a systemic perspective. By integrating anatomical knowledge with intuitive manual therapy, my goal is to help you leave feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed.

Reduce stress, increase circulation and lymphatic flow, improve workout recovery time and reduce pain.

Sole Meridian Massage and Bodywork is located within Sol Shine Acupuncture and Community Wellness on the second floor. If you are unable to climb a flight of stairs unassisted you may inquire about out-call services.

Cassie is amazing! The whole vibe of her place is wonderful and very relaxing. She did a great Swedish massage on me combined with some light stretching, as well as deep tissue techniques to get those knots out and release points of tension. The table warmer, hot towels, stones and aromatherapy make the massage extra relaxing. She was also able to accommodate my chronic lower back pain with extra pillows. Highly recommend! :)
