About Calmels Healing Therapy, LMT
  Experience the stillness of healing therapy and emerge back into the world calm and invigorated. 
My name is Catherine Calmels and I am a licensed massage therapist that has been specializing in trigger point
 therapy since 2013. In 2017 I traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand and got certified in Thai massage. 
Now, I incorporate Western and Eastern styles into my own technique. I do my best to help my clients
 recover from past injuries to getting range of motion back into their bodies. 
My purpose is to help the client feel the difference from when they first walked in.
 I focus on trigger point therapy along with range of motion and stretching during the session.
 Whether you need deep tissue or relaxing Swedish, the focus is on listening to your body and 
giving it the therapy it needs.

Well, butter my biscuit and call me happy! I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful touch, both gentle and painful—it is like a pinch from a friendly fairy! My hip pain took a 30% holiday, and my shoulder pain chilled by 20%. Sure, they pop in for an annoying appearance now and then, but they do not dare break my lovely sleep. I am looking forward to keeping this pain-busting relationship going. We will keep the contact lines wide open.
