My first time in Catherine's new office. . . Wonderful, warm ambiance and professional, clean and quiet space. Catharine is so knowledgeable and always puts me at ease, checking in with my latest health developments before my session. I loved the feeling that came over me, and then stayed with me, from the combination of LET and manual lymph drainage. I feel calmly energized and less stuck, both physically and emotionally. Service Received: 30 min focus session with Catharine C.
I had experienced tension headaches for three days. I booked a 30 minute focused session with Catharine for my head, neck, and shoulders. In that 30 minutes, she was able to release all the tightness causing my issues. No headaches since. She also followed up with links to stretches to help maintain a relaxed neck and shoulder area. During the session, she asked questions to ensure I was comfortable with the level of pressure she was using. I would highly recommend Catharine to anyone looking to find a wonderful massage therapist.
