When I was 8 years old, I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist. For 20 years as a licensed massage therapist, I have had the joy of helping people feel better. My clients have spanned all ages and stages of life. My training and experience have helped me meet their needs. I love what I do!

My professional massage therapy certification program trained me in a wide variety of modalities (i.e. Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Injury, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, etc...) which I integrate into a customized therapeutic massage that offers great results! In addition, I have been trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Healing Touch energy work.

My training allows me to help people with: chronic pain, head aches, mobility, athletic performance, prenatal discomfort, stress management, anxiety, overall tension relief, mental clarity, memory, quality sleep, energy issues,
