I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. My style of massage is a unique cultivation & combination of everything I have learned since becoming a massage therapist, from the basic techniques I learned in school to the many hours of the beautiful art of Thai Yoga massage. I enjoy learning new techniques & modalities to offer my clients and am continually trying to improve myself & the way I approach my sessions. I take everything I have learned and combine it into a customized massage session for you. I will include various styles & techniques depending on what your needs are at the time of the session. This can be anywhere from a lighter, flowy, relaxing massage or a deeper, more focused session - or a combination of both. It is your massage and I customize it to each client. I may incorporate stretches during the massage and I offer a separate, fully clothed, full-body stretching session.

In my sessions I don't set out to cause pain, and many of my clients have given me feedback that they appreciate that I can work out areas of tension without the use of very deep pressure, so you receive the benefit of pain relief without the sometimes unpleasant side effects of a typical 'deep tissue' massage, and still leave feeling relaxed.

I love being able to help people get out of pain in a natural way by creating space for the body to heal, or even just to provide a safe, relaxing, calm space for people to unwind & de-stress. I love seeing smiles on clients faces after a session, especially if they didn't have one before.

In November 2022 I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Knoxville. I am working on offering private yoga sessions to my clients and possibly small groups in the near future.
