My name is Angie Cherrette and I’m a trained Massage Therapist, Wellness Coach, and Natural Chef who grew passionate about wellness through my own experiences with suffering and healing. My struggles with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues have left me with lots of tools and knowledge that I’m passionate about sharing with others. I hope that my vulnerability, honesty, and passion will act as a vehicle for self-discovery, inspiration, education, and connection, so that people will have an easier time pursuing their wellness path.

As a Massage Therapist I use my 650 hours of training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Clinical, Sports, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Energy Work, and Acupressure techniques to offer an integrated massage tailored toward my clients' specific needs. Your massage can be more gentle and relaxing or deeper more specific work depending on what your body needs. I am passionate about creating a relaxing environment where my clients can get the relaxation and rejuvenation that they deserve.

As a Natural Chef I provide healthy options for those seeking it and can also offer cooking classes in group or one-on-one settings. When making healthy lifestyle changes, food is one of the most important steps. I like working with people and teaching them that preparing healthy meals can be delicious and fun!

As a Wellness Coach I offer one-on-one consultations, group or personal wellness programs, and educational classes. We all deserve to live a life we love without being limited by our bodies. I hope to inspire and education people on how to live life to their fullest.
