From an early age, I’ve had a deep compassion for helping others. Whenever my family members experienced aches or pains, I would instinctively offer massages. Their positive feedback sparked a lasting interest in the healing power of touch.

In high school, I became fascinated by both Eastern and Western approaches to massage and holistic wellness. After graduation, I explored several paths in search of purpose. That journey eventually led me to The Healing Arts Center (HAC) in St. Louis, MO. I attended a free introductory class and immediately felt a strong connection to the work. Inspired, I enrolled in HAC’s 600-hour massage therapy training program and proudly graduated on July 28, 2017.

Since then, I’ve continued to refine my skills and expand my knowledge. Over time, I developed a unique blended style that incorporates Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release Therapy. This allows me to offer sessions that are slow, deep, and deeply relaxing—an experience my clients consistently value.
