I am committed to the idea that regular massage helps people live better, healthier lives. I believe that the science behind massage therapy, listening to clients and being intuitive, all play an active role in getting the best results possible for each individual client.

Clients of all ages come to me for relief of problems such as back, shoulder and hip pain, headaches, stiff necks, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel. I use a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Reiki and stretching as part of my treatment plan. My goal is to help you feel better in your body so that you can live the life you want.

Living a healthy lifestyle myself, is important to me. Working out, meditating, spending time outside, eating organic foods, getting acupuncture and regular massages are all part of my healthcare practices-not just what I advocate for clients. I believe that we have an obligation to take care of one another, and that begins with self care!

I was a JCPS teacher for 20 years and have lived in Louisville since 1987.
