My mission is to foster a safe and nurturing environment for your dream massage experience here in the beautiful Outer Banks.

From spa experiences, therapeutic work, to medical massage, I am here to collaborate and intuitively provide you with what you want, and with what you need during your session. From locals to tourists, I offer a broad range of services and enjoy working with differing types of clients.

My touch is described as calming, safe, and therapeutic. I use gradual, slow strokes, in order to meld into fascia and tissue to stimulate the rest and relaxation response of the nervous system. This allows for optimal healing.

I have three years of experience with Swedish, deep tissue, integrative, sports, and prenatal massage and am always learning more. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, restless leg syndrome, amputated limbs, muscle spasms, pinched nerves, scoliosis, injured vertebrae, sciatica, irritable bowel syndrome, tension headaches, and more.

I also give relaxation massages for those looking for a calming session, and offer spa services such as hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, paraffin waxes, sugar scrubs, and hot towels.
