I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 15 years. I received my certification from the Massachusetts Board of Massage Therapy after graduating from The Massage School of Easthampton, MA, in 2011, where I completed a 800 hrs program.

Certified in Swedish and Deep tissue, I have also been trained in Neuromuscular Therapy, very useful for muscular (chronic) pain management & myofascial conditions along with Shiatsu to restore energy balance in the body metabolism and boost the immune system. I use Thai Yoga with active and passive stretching to facilitate gain of range of motion and Reflexology, a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to target organ dysfunction/stagnation from distance by working on acupressure points, mostly on feet. Clients with plantar fasciitis benefit greatly from this modality as well.

I can apply a combination of these techniques in a treatment session or use a single modality for the focus to be more specific. I can use Deep Tissue to relieve pain, accumulated stress and induce deep relaxation. I can also work with athletes to recover from and/or prepare for strenuous exercise or competition. I am also trained in light touch therapies with Reiki & Qigong to access body/mind issues through energy and chakra work. I can use breathing exercises to help bring back peace of mind and self trust. Also certified in Sound and Music Therapy I can guide (attune?) you towards your unique vibration allowing more harmony in your life.
