Hi, I’m Andrew. I’m a retired Marine, a former EMT, and now I work as a licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, and nutrition coach.

When I was medically retired from the Marines I didn’t get the care I needed through the VA. I had to figure out how to heal on my own. That path brought me to massage therapy and along the way I realized it was no longer just about me. I found a real passion for helping people feel better, move better, and get their strength back.

I work with deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. I also use Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment System to help with pain, posture, and mobility. What I do isn’t just about techniques. It comes from my own experience of being in pain, working to heal, and knowing how hard that road can be.

I run, I lift, and I know firsthand how the body breaks down when you push it too hard or ignore what it is trying to tell you. If you are dealing with pain, training for something big, or just need to hit the reset button, I am here to help.
