Energetic Soul Wellness (ESW) is the wellness branch of Energetic Soul Dance Studio (ESDS). Led by Duane Wrenn - Bachelor of Science Human Performance & Health Promotion (BS), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). ESW represents the combining of Manual Therapy and Exercise. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve the best quality of life without pain in all forms of movement.

With the understanding that mindful breathing, positive thinking, and diverse forms of movement are key to a healthy lifestyle, ESW’s mission is to provide tools that promote immediate health benefits while supporting long-term physiologic and psychological well-being.

We offer five distinct yet complementary Therapeutic modalities, one under coaching, two under bodywork, and two under Fitness - each of which can be booked individually or experienced as part of an integrated wellness system designed to work in harmony.

Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE): help down regulate the sympathetic nervous system—calming the 'fight or flight' response.
Myomassalogy: Also known as Therapeutic Touch utilizes light to direct pressure massage techniques and a variety of hands-on modalities that help realign your body's natural energy flows.
Fascia massage: designed to break up adhesions and knots that restrict smooth muscle gliding.
Strength in Space (Stretch session): One-to-one guidance to expand flexibility, build mobility, and protect stability. “Stretch deeper. Move freer. Stay stronger.”
Functional Training: a combination of strength training and functional movements, helping you move as one cohesive unit and supporting a lifestyle where exercise and body-mind connection are never separate.
