Mahlia is a licensed holistic massage practitioner specializing in a blend of Deep Tissue Myofascial Release and Intuitive Energetic Bodywork. Her approach integrates both Eastern and Western healing philosophies, drawing on techniques such as Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Lomi Lomi, Breathwork, Reflexology, and Nervous-system-informed practices.

Each session is uniquely tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients, providing a slow, grounding, and deeply integrative experience. Mahlia’s work focuses on creating lasting change, supporting the body’s natural healing processes, and fostering a profound sense of relaxation and balance.

With over five years of professional experience in bodywork, Mahlia has been a lifelong student of the healing arts. She is currently expanding her knowledge by pursuing certifications in Yoga Instruction and Somatic Healing to further support her clients' health and wellness journeys.

She is also currently expanding her practice through the study of Vedic Astrology under the guidance of renowned teacher David Frawley.
