Because every patient is different, every treatment regimen is unique. We use Swedish, Myofacial Release, Deep Tissue, Hot/Cold Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Holistic Lymph Drainage, Couple Massage, Trigger Point Therapy , Sport Massage, Hot stone Massage, individually and in combination, to achieve optimum results.

At Blessing Hands, we make sure that you remain safely in your 'comfort zone' at all times. Treatments can be done on our massage tables or on our special massage chair. You are only required to dress down to your comfort level, we can work with what works best for you. Depending on what you want, we can work on one specific part of your body for a more focussed, pain-targeted session, or we can give a full body treatment for a more rounded experience. You will have a chance to let us know if there are any places that you would prefer to be left out of the treatment, and our therapists are great about keeping in touch with you throughout your session to make sure you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
