My passion is to be here for each individual in their journey whether that is to assist in relieving tension, pain, or help with relaxation through different modalities available. By combining complimenting therapies such as massage therapy, Reiki, meditation, and yoga it allows me to help serve others in a way that is available to "EveryBody"

There is no denying the benefits of massage from reducing stress, tension, anxiety, to improving circulation and mobility to support overall health and wellness. Reiki is universal divine energy that flows through us to promote balance, harmony, and homeostasis. The benefits of multiple massage modalities and Reiki can complement each other to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and improved circulation, but they also support the body's natural healing process.

Yoga health benefits are numerous as well including improved flexibility, balance, strength, stress management, improved sleep, reducing anxiety, improving posture, improving mood leading to pain relief to name a few.

Mediation also has many benefits including lowering stress, reducing anxiety, enhancing mental health, improving self-awareness, increasing concentration, promoting emotional health, improving sleep, decrease blood pressure to name a few. The amazing thing about meditation is it is accessible anywhere and there are multiple ways to meditate making it accessible to everyone and anytime.

The best part is that you can mix any of these methods, pick what works best for you as an individual, or even utilize them all.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please note, once you've booked an appointment, it means that time has been reserved in our schedule to exclusively travel to you. All appointments require a valid card and drivers license on file, and all appointments will be charged before arrival. In the case that we cannot reach you at arrival or we feel unsafe at your location, we reserve the right to charge 100% for this service and leave the location. Please make sure there is adequate space for the massage and all animals are secure.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
