I’m passionate about improving people’s lives by decreasing pain and increasing mobility.

As a massage therapist focused on neuromuscular therapy. I frequently see people with headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, numbness in their hands, foot pain or tingling down their arms. I believe that that listening to my clients is the first step. Then I pair what I hear from my clients and what their body is telling me with my knowledge of how the nervous and muscular system work together to start working on solutions.

I deal with sprains, strains and all the other pains. I have rehabbed all my own injuries without surgeries or pain medication. Torn meniscus, severely sprained ankles, thoracic outlet syndrome, degenerated discs and muscle spasms.

When clients come back and tell me that their posture is improving, their pain is reducing or completely gone, or they can do something without pain (that used to be painful or impossible for them to do) it is the highlight of my day. That is why I do what I do.
