I’m Sara, the owner of Ebb & Flow Bodywork, a home-based and mobile practice offering customized therapeutic bodywork designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. While I work with all genders, my primary focus is on supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and infants. My passion lies in helping you feel supported, empowered, and cared for because I believe everyone deserves to feel good in their body. In-Home Sessions for Mother & Newborn
To honor the sacredness of the postpartum period, I offer two specialized in-home sessions designed to support both mother and baby:

In-Home Baby Bodywork (60 min)
For babies and toddlers from newborn to toddlerhood, this session focuses on relieving tension, promoting motor development, and enhancing overall comfort — all within the safety and familiarity of your home.
In-Home Mama & Baby Bodywork (90 min)
Tailored for the 4th trimester (birth to 3 months postpartum), this session includes custom bodywork for both mama and baby. It also allows time for feeding or soothing, while incorporating practices that support healing, bonding, and emotional integration.

I graduated from the Hawaii Massage Academy in Honolulu, HI in 2022 and have been practicing since.

Licensing Disclaimer:
I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Hawaii. In Massachusetts, however, I focus exclusively on bodywork rather than massage therapy. This distinction ensures clarity about the services I provide.

Client-Centered Care

I believe deeply in a client-centered care approach. I always listen to your needs, ensuring that I never push you past your comfort zone. Communication is the cornerstone of a great bodywork experience. My goal is to empower you to feel capable, safe, and deeply connected to your body.

If I were to describe my style, it’s myofascial and nervous system-focused. I blend techniques such as compressions, jostling/rocking, trigger point therapy, Swedish & myofascial work, and gentle stretching. I also love incorporating enhancements like cupping, heated scraping therapy, and guided breathing. The pressure I use will always be within a comfortable range for you — my aim is never to cause discomfort. If you're seeking aggressive or fast-paced work, my approach may not be the right fit.

What Length Session Is Best for Me?

60 Minutes: Perfect for a relaxing full-body session or targeted work on one or two problem areas.
90 Minutes: Ideal for a full-body experience with a focus on one or two areas or for deeper, more targeted work on two to three areas.
