With over a decade of experience, Trista Stewart brings a unique understanding of chronic pain and a comprehensive approach to massage therapy and bodywork. Her journey into this field began after overcoming the challenges of a childhood neck injury. Seeking safe and effective treatments without side effects, she discovered the profound benefits of massage therapy and bodywork, igniting her passion for helping others on their healing journeys.

Trista's career began in 2013 at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage, where she earned her massage therapy certification and specialized certifications in hot stone massage, advanced medical massage, and Reiki mastery. She continued her education as a lifelong learner, achieving certifications in myofascial release and Thai massage in 2015, shiatsu massage in 2016, and Ashtanga yoga teacher training in 2017.

Driven by a commitment to achieving longer-lasting results for her clients, Trista expanded her expertise with a master's level 3 certification in neurokinetic therapy, integrated muscle testing, and adaptable polarity training in 2019. These techniques allow her to address the root causes of chronic issues, such as hip, shoulder, or lower back pain, delivering deeper and more sustained relief.

Her journey didn’t stop there. In 2021, she began studying functional neurology, working with the nervous system to restore balance and safety in the body. She also incorporated lymphatic mojo techniques to support healing by improving lymphatic flow.

Understanding the mind-body connection, Trista is pursuing a master’s degree in social work to enhance her ability to support her client's holistic well-being. Whether addressing physical pain or emotional stress, Trista’s approach combines advanced skills, intuition, and a deep commitment to helping others heal and thrive.
