How It All Began

Balanced Spirit was created from a deep desire to provide both relaxation and wellness to those in search of balance. Inspired by the connections that bring people together and the guiding forces of loved ones, this space was built to foster peace of mind and healing. Through life’s twists and turns, the path to Balanced Spirit was paved with the understanding that healing should be accessible, welcoming, and deeply personal.

A Little About Us

Owner, Alicia DePeal, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master with nearly 20 years of experience. She has dedicated her career to helping others find relief, relaxation, and restoration through Bodywork and Energy Healing. Currently, she is working toward becoming a Certified Craniosacral Therapist, further expanding her ability to support holistic wellness.

Balanced Spirit offers a wide range of wellness and spa services designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. From Massage Therapy and Reiki services to Manual Lymph Facilitation and Craniosacral Therapy, we tailor our treatments to meet your individual needs. We are also home to Northumberland County’s very first Salt Lounge, where you can experience the benefits of Halotherapy in a tranquil setting. Additionally, our center provides Infrared Sauna sessions, wellness workshops, and high-quality self-care products to enhance your overall well-being.
