Caitlin Allen, founder and owner of Holistic Solutions, has over 14 years of experience in the field of massage therapy and wellness. She trained at Lincoln Technical Institute and is certified and specializes in over 18 modalities and techniques some of which are; neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, orthopedic massage. Other specialties include massage for post-surgical recovery, restoring proper range of motion, posture correction, TMJ disfunction, sinus release, migraines, sciatic and other nerve compression syndromes, SI joint pain, plantar fasciitis and cupping therapy, Gua Sha, trauma release and prenatal massage. She is a performance stretch practitioner which improves mobility, flexibility & performance. As well as a certified holistic nutritional specialist.

From professional athletes to clients experiencing pain from injury or the usual everyday wear and tear seeking rehabilitation beyond conventional means.

With client experience, personal growth and development and further human studies, she aspires to always be a therapist seeking true solutions to her clients unwanted holding patterns in both the body and the brain.
