We have a full staff of experienced massage therapists that offer a variety of modalities, including Swedish(relaxation) massage, deep tissue/therapeutic massage, reiki, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, cupping, therapeutic sports taping, cranio-sacral therapy, and more! .

As well as offer a variety of classes including yoga, meditation, and special events such as cacao ceremonies and drumming classes classes that change monthly.
