I am a 2015 graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, N.Y. While working and running a family business I graduated as the Salutatorian of my class. In 2012 I started my journey in energy work following the William Lee Rand method, I became attuned in Usui Reiki and have since evolved to a Karuna Reiki Master®.

I believe in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. I am extremely passionate in my desire to help people in their daily lives to reduce stress, anxiety and tension by engaging both the body and mind through a wellness program that includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release with Cupping Therapy, MET'S, and Energy work. No two sessions are like. Everyone has their own life experiences and unique relationship to their body; which in turn effects their personal massage style preferences and needs. This understanding has allowed me to tailor each massage session to the individual needs of my clients. Iain Thomas once said, "The conversation between your fingers and someone else's skin is the most important conversation you will ever have".
