I offer several types of massage to fit your needs. My original training was in Thai and Asian massage modalities, where I learned the art of aligning the body through compression, movement, and stretching. I am also a certified massage therapist in Swedish, sports, and prenatal massage.

Since then, I have become certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, a special modality that helps the immune system function optimally and allows me to work with certain medical cases like lymphodema or lypodema.

I have worked in a yoga studio offering Thai yoga massage, energy work and prenatal massage. Now available: specialized pregnancy table padding for expecting moms allows you to lay face down and relieve pressure on the abdomen and chest!

I have also worked at Lifetime Fitness, where I got to work with personal trainers, athletes, and lots of sports massage. I enjoy adding moves from the world of massage to keep things interesting and evolving. I have a passion for Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, vigorous Turkish massage, gentle Japanese Shiatsu, and ever-flowing Swedish.
