I believe in an integrative approach to body care and wellness, offering a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to address physical needs, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, and Therapeutic Assisted Stretching. For those seeking deeper energetic healing, I incorporate Reiki, Chakra Alignments, and Sound Therapy to restore balance and promote inner harmony.

As the owner of Soothing Sol Massage, I take pride in providing an inclusive, welcoming, and affordable space for all. Whether you need relief from chronic pain, a moment of relaxation, or a deeper spiritual connection, I’m here to support your healing journey. Recently I have added therapists and energy workers to the Soothing Sol Massage experience. These healers come to share their talents and healing because they embody the Mind, Body, and Spirit approach. With these new additions to the team Soothing Sol Massage can extend its healing to so many more individuals.

Currently located in a wellness center called Massage Remedy located at 4906 fitzhugh avenue. Great spot in the Scott's Addition area. Parking in the parking lot with the ceiling as well as on the street is available. Please note that if your appointment is after 5:30 during the weekday or anytime on the weekend I will have to come and allow you in.
