I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in multiple issues from their neck, back, hips to shoulder issues. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, repetitions or too much time sitting. Also, with the unbalanced, it can be mobility problem (muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons), that need the right tissue modalities or neurological issues (loss of strength, brain doesn't know the pattern), needs to be corrective with the right corrective exercises.

I help restore the muscle tissue, so it can work effectively, by being more pliable (flexibility), and stronger.
