Grace has been an active Massage Therapist for over 20 years graduating from two of the top Massage Academy’s in the United States. She is a very kind soul that enjoys seeing her clients transformative healing process.

Grace specializes in being able to recognize pain patterns in the body as well as Trigger Point Therapy. She routinely works with professional athletes ranging from Tennis, Golf, NBA, NFL and even our local Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their cheerleaders. Grace offers many other modalities and is value added to DGH.

Some of the techniques she employs are: Trigger point therapy, Myofascial Release Technique, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Sports, Active and Resisted stretching, Medical Massage, Cranial Sacral, Shiatsu, Sports and Swedish massage. We offer heated pads “Hydrocollator” to loosen tired muscles & hot towels to improve circulation and relaxation.

Grace is a practicing yogini and has been initiated in Kundalini Kriya Yoga and has received the spiritual initiations of Christa * Angelic protection*, and Anamata *. She meditates daily and is energetically clean, full of positivity and able to bring the necessary physical & extra energetic support to the session.

Her passion is to see clients achieve peace in body and mind through knowledge and physical healing. She is available for both sessions in the sanctuary and in-home for added convenience. All appointments are booked directly with Grace at 315-777-1944 (C), text messages are fine as well.
