Heidi Riley is a licensed and certified massage therapist in Wisconsin and Illinois. She has been practicing the art of massage therapy for over 25 years.

She was awarded her certificate in the Vodder Method for Manual Lymph Drainage in 2000. MLD has been clinically proven to reduce inflammation (post-surgical or otherwise), and greatly reduce the effects of scarring while eliminating cell debris and other toxic build up through the lymphatic system.

In addition to MLD, Heidi performs multiple other massage modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, CBD and Stress Relieving Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Massage.

Believing very strongly in the emotional/mind/body connection and treating her clients holistically, Heidi has introduced Somatic Mindfulness to her offerings. The Somatic Healing Experience is a journey inward in which Heidi integrates loving intention with therapeutic touch to create a space of embodied mindfulness. Through neuroception, this approach is designed to lead the client’s attention gently inward to themselves thus allowing the body to shift into a more connected, calming state, also known as the ventral vagal state. This state allows energy that has been used to keep the nervous system in a stress response (fight or flight) to be reclaimed and used for normal function.

Longer somatic journeys are recommended and optimal.
