I can help. It's my one singular skill.

I am a women centered massage practice that focuses on making you feel your best so you can get on with your busy lives.

I look for the trigger points or crunchies as I call them that causes pain or range of motion issues. I do this very gently to help you relax and allow the muscles to release the balled-up tensions present. If i can find the knot, i can help!! My massages are very therapeutic and relaxing. I use hot stones and different essential oils to add to the healing experience.

I specialize in headache reduction, neck and shoulder pain, jaw pain, hips and lower back pain. I am also a clinical aromatherapist.

I do this all very gently and normally without much pain. I am considered a therapeutic therapist and deep tissue BUT I AM NOT DEEP PRESSURE!!!!

IF you want a deeper pressure, I'm probably not for you and can help you find the perfect therapist for your needs.

While I am women's health focused, I do have several male clients who i see regularly.

My practice is about solving muscle issues and how to get you back to living your best life. I am grateful every day that i can help you feel better and get out of pain.
