With over 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist (LMT), and a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, I have studied a multitude of Bodywork techniques and specialize in orthopedic style massage therapy. In our session we will discuss your treatment goals and come up with a plan to help bring you the lasting calm, rejuvenation and pain relief you are seeking.

I will encourage you to communicate about what pressure feels just right, so that the massage not only feels great to you but also delivers optimal results. You will be charged only for time I spend hands on with you, regardless of the forms of treatment and type of massage being used.
