Our nervous systems often send confusing messages that don’t quite align with the demands of modern life. Fight, flight and freeze responses can leave our muscles tense and our emotions in turmoil. In 2016 I found myself in a similar state, feeling overwhelmed emotionally, spiritually, and physically in both my work and personal life. This led me to a transformative decision: a new career in Massage Therapy.

Enrolling at the National Holistic Institute, I discovered a holistic process that not only addressed my sore muscles but also alleviated the anxiety and stress associated with depression. I learned that muscle memory isn’t just about repetitive physical activity; it also involves trauma stored in the body through the nervous system.

The benefits of massage therapy fascinated me, prompting me to deepen my understanding of human anatomy with Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. This journey revealed the profound connections within our bodies. By relaxing the muscles I could calm the cacophony of the “telephone game” between the nervous system and the mind.

Today, I offer massage therapy sessions in a nurturing and safe space, guiding you to process the complexities of our world while understanding the pain's location to process it in a safe and healthy way. My approach is a blend of various modalities in massage therapy including, but not limited to, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Acupressure, Thai, Shiatsu and Rocking and Shaking. My goal is to help you untangle the miscommunications between your body and mind, fostering a sense of peace, balance, and well-being. Releasing the negative patterns from the brain through the body can truly help your soul sigh with relief.
