Hello and Welcome,

I’m now working in Milwaukie, close to the New Seasons that just opened up in April 2024.

The days here are: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

My career began in the NYC region, and to San Diego and finally to the Portland area since 1999.

Massage is an Art form, and after all the years I’ve been working this is both a mix of skill, presence and intuition.

My desire in my practice is to meet your needs and expectations. I brainstorm with my knowledge base to provide the best modalities and skill set that I've got to serve you. I'm oriented to releasing pain and educating you to take care of your body in ways that can prevent pain from returning. This could be postural or movement based suggestions.

The modalities I employ are Heater River Stones, Cupping, Gua Sha, Myofascial Massage, and Trigger Point Release, which releases chronic pain. Reiki is also on the menu, you can add on time or have a hour. This is a stress relieving treatment unlike anything!

I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, which is a energy healing modality that addresses the underlying causes of pain and also health disturbances. Sessions are an hour long and are a valuable addition to your body care process. Massage is an Art form, and after all the years I’ve been working this is both a mix of skill, presence and intuition.

My original training was in NYC long before Massage Therapy was a valued self care option. Since then my journey took me to life on the West Coast, California and Oregon. I've been in the Portland area since 1999, and continue to explore new ways of fine tuning my therapeutic work.
