About Hali Jenkins with Breathe Again Bodywork

I'm dedicated to providing a quality therapeutic experience every time! Massage is much more than relaxation, so why not attack those chronic or acute issues while relaxing? I believe you can have both. This can include deep tissue (but doesn't have to) and often requires other techniques to release fully without adding pain.

 

I have a passion for helping bodies feel the best they can. My specialty is taking your specific problems and using many different massage modalities and tools to provide pain relief as well as improve function and ROM. Along the way, providing education of stretches, foam rolling and ball release techniques, if desired, which will increase prolonged benefits.
