About Bodywork by Jess

Jessica Mari Ayres finished her undergraduate university education in Kinesiology (Pre-Physical Therapy) then decided to achieve a certification in Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork as well. Since 2016 she has worked with physique and bodybuilding athletes, marathoners, triathletes, combat athletes, as well as medical professionals and many others needing rejuvenation from active and demanding lifestyles.

Jess is a lifelong taekwondo practitioner and world class poomsae competitor. Poomsae are taekwondo forms based on the principles of oriental medicine and philosophy. The aim of poomsae is to improve technical ability, develop strength and power, as well as grace and fluidity.
