My work integrates Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, cupping, gait assessment, therapeutic and restorative techniques. These modalities support the nervous system and promote long-term healing, especially for those navigating chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, emotional overwhelm, injury, or developmental concerns.
With a foundation in yoga and extensive training in functional mobility, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me. What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the physiological body system called the craniosacral system. You will remained fully clothed throughout the entire treatment session.
It has been shown to improve the functioning of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety, physical symptoms and TMJ.
Craniosacral Therapy for Pediatrics
Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to assess and release tension within the central nervous system with a special focus on supporting children through gentle, non-invasive therapy that promotes physical and emotional well-being. With extensive training in pediatric craniosacral therapy, Christine works with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, helping them overcome challenges like anxiety, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, sensory processing issues, and developmental delays.
