I’m Christine, a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork. My approach is rooted in whole-body healing, blending clinical skill with compassionate care. I believe the body carries not only physical tension, but emotional and psychological stories too, and I aim to create a space where all of that can safely be held and supported
My work integrates Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, TMJ Treatment, cupping, gait assessment, therapeutic and restorative techniques. These modalities support the nervous system and promote long-term healing, especially for those navigating chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, emotional overwhelm, injury, or developmental concerns.
With a foundation in yoga and extensive training in functional mobility, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me. I work with adults, children, and athletes, offering a calm and nurturing environment where the body is invited to soften, unwind, and come back into balance.
Whether you’re looking for relief from physical symptoms or seeking deeper regulation and connection, my goal is to help you feel more at home in your body and more supported in your healing process.
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle technique that focuses on the internal organs, helping to release restrictions and improve function. Craniosacral Therapy works with the body’s craniosacral system, using light touch to enhance the body’s natural healing processes, reduce stress, and improve vitality. Together, these therapies address the body as a whole, fostering deep relaxation and restoring balance.

What is Visceral Manipulation?
Deep Relief from the Inside Out
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle, highly specific manual therapy that works with the internal organs and the connective tissues that surround and support them. These tissues can hold tension, restriction, and imbalance that contribute to chronic pain and dysfunction throughout the body.
Unlike traditional deep tissue work, which focuses mainly on muscles, Visceral Manipulation addresses deeper layers of the body’s structure including the digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems. By releasing restrictions around the organs and improving their mobility, this work can help restore balance, improve posture, and relieve pain that never seems to fully go away.
Clients often seek out Visceral Manipulation after years of chasing temporary relief. This approach invites the body to reorganize itself from the inside out, working on the root of chronic tension patterns.
Supporting nervous system regulation, easing chronic pain, and reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom.
