Releasing deep layers of tension and allowing the nervous system to settle can occur gently and enjoyably through the subtleties of massage and energy flow. You are invited into the sacred space of your breath—a safe and nourishing place where your muscles can relax and your mind can unwind.

 

Instead of pushing past resistance with greater pressure, I support relaxation through touch, intuitive strategy and energy flow.  I attune to the places of tension awaiting release and the work goes as deeply as your breath and tissues allow.

 

The magic I bring to each session is rooted in presence and thoughtful intention: a mindfulness toward facilitating Relaxation, Increased Circulation, and Rejuvenation.
