Welcome to Body Labyrinth, if you're here, you're ready to feel better in your body. I am dedicated to providing accessible massage and bodywork in your home in the 518 area. With over 12 years of experience, I have learned that massage is a powerful tool to help others manage pain, reduce stress, recover from injuries, and prevent injury. My personal style fuses deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, craniosacral as well as assisted stretching to allow for relief from chronic pain, repetitive strain and general muscle tightness. I ensure that every session is tailored to your needs for that day whether you need a focused deep tissue/ stretching session or a relaxing and grounding one. I'm excited to share my passion for helping clients manage their pain and enhance their lifestyle through this powerful form of self-care.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Body Labyrinth is a professional massage therapy practice dedicated to providing a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients. I strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior or language that is inappropriate, or offensive. Violating this policy will result in the session ending, as well as paying for the session in full.
