Body Solace LLC provides individualized bodywork and private pilates to enhance our client's quality of life.  We are trained in Orthopedic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and facial cupping.  Allyssa is a Certified STOTT PILATES instructor and has a fully equipped private pilates studio.  Our mission to provide you with all the necessary tools to improve your well-being!
