About Body Solace LLC

Body Solace LLC offers individualized bodywork and private Pilates to support your quality of life. Allyssa specializes in Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, Prenatal Massage, and facial cupping. She is a Certified STOTT PILATES instructor with a fully equipped private studio. Paula Greene brings over 30 years of Pilates and yoga teaching experience to the studio. Our goal is to give you the tools you need to move and feel better.

Alyssa was very professional, kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Alyssa was quiet and very focused on her work which I truly appreciated. I am a talker, but I felt so relaxed. I didn’t feel like I needed to talk at all. She took very good care of me.
