A deep tissue massage- is definitely deep tissue! Rufus is very skilled and knows what he’s talking about. I went in there with headaches and left shoulder pain and after an hour of him focusing on some trigger points, I was more relaxed than ever. This is not a relaxing massage by any means- he means business!! And for that I’m grateful. It will pay off in the long run. 10/10 recommend!
